All payment information can be found on the order form, however if you would prefer to pay over the phone, please contact us on (02) 9699 2778.
Whilst we aim to have orders out as quickly as possible, all our dresses are 'made to order' and our fabric is imported and hence take some time. We recommend orders being in at least 4 months prior to the wedding or required date. Please keep in mind that if you are having an 'out of town' wedding, we expect you to notify us of your departure date so orders are delivered in good time. We suggest leaving sufficient time to avoid disappointment!
Rush orders are available for an additional $45 per dress. Please call our studio to inquire about rush orders as these are subject to our production schedule.
Orders are only processed once we have information and payment from the entire bridal party. This is to ensure they are all cut from the same dye-lot.
All orders are posted directly to you free of charge!
